We will do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply for a return, please contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!

STOCKX REVIEWS does not accept any after-sales application that subjectively believes that the product is defective or of poor quality. 

If you want to return your items, pls contact us to get the shipping address. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc.  More requirement as below. 

----And all items must stay in original status: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

---- Before you place an order, you need to confirm the color, size and style we offered, and if it is not the quality problems, STOCKX REVIEWS don't accept return.

----STOCKX REVIEWS sent the correct size to you, but you feel is not fit, then we don't accept return, so suggest you can contact Customers Service to check the CM of insole before shipping after you purchase.

---- If it is the quality problem or we ship mistaken version to you, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take responsibility for the quality problem item.

---- We are not responsible for packages which lost in transit.

----If your item is intercepted by customs, we will send it to you again. (But we will only resend it once)

No return or exchange under these situations:

1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.

2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.

3) We do not accept which shoes you ordered wrong size or style.

4) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured. 

5) We do not assume obvious problems that can be seen in QC(include wrong size, wrong shoes, flaws) so please check QC pictures more carefully before shipping.

We will only refund if we receive the sneakers that meet the above return conditions.

If you don't receive your tracking number from JORDANREPS.COM by Email or WhatsApp or Facebook within 7 days after placing your order, The e-email may be defined as junk mail. In this case, please contact us .
